Teachers’ Sanctuary for Inner Equilibrium – Introducing Personal Development Program

Have you heard that teachers across Europe consistently report high levels of work-related stress and emotional exhaustion? Research increasingly highlights the growing importance of well-being, resilience, and inner balance as essential conditions for sustainable teaching practice.

We’re introducing Teachers’ Sanctuary for Inner Equilibrium – it a personal development program designed to support teachers in strengthening their inner balance and overall well-being through self-care, self-exploration, and holistic personal growth. The initiative responds to growing concerns highlighted by research and statistics showing increasing levels of stress, fatigue, burnout, and emotional strain among teachers. In this context, the program emphasizes the importance of self-care, self-reflection, and inner stability as essential foundations for effectively managing the demands and challenges of the teaching profession.

The methodology of the program has already been developed in alignment with the findings of the project’s needs analysis and outlines the structure of the training.
