Collection of Good Practices: Inspiring Practices to Foster Teacher Resilience and Growth
This publication gathers European good practices aimed at strengthening teachers’ occupational and emotional well-being, professional self-efficacy, and social and organisational support. It presents proven initiatives from across Europe, offering practical insights for schools, educators, and policymakers to improve teacher resilience, motivation, and professional development.
Need Analysis Report
The Need Analysis Report summarises the findings from surveys, focus groups, interviews, and round tables conducted with teachers, school leaders, and stakeholders across partner countries. It identifies current levels of teacher well-being and self-efficacy, training priorities, and opportunities for innovation in teacher development.
