The Teachers’ HAVEN is here to strengthen in-service and in-training teachers’ well-being, enhance their sense of self-efficacy, and build a network of mutual support within the educational community.
Teachers’ well-being
Teachers’ occupational well-being is defined as «teachers’ responses to the cognitive, emotional, health, and social conditions pertaining to their work and their profession»
Teachers’ self-efficacy
Teacher self-efficacy refers to the perception of being capable of doing something. High levels of self-efficacy enable teachers to perceive work-related challenges as manageable and within their capabilities.
Social dimension/ Professional network
Social support contributes to enhancing teachers’ self–efficacy by providing emotional reassurance, professional feedback, and opportunities for collaborative problem-solving.

Research, Needs Analysis and Mapping of Good Practices
– groundwork for Teachers’ HAVEN Academy
Teachers’ Sanctuary for Inner Equilibrium
– teachers’ self-development, self-empowerment and mental health; 28 group workshops and self-study materials for teachers, engaging formats.
Teachers’ Self-Efficacy for Professional Versatility
– training programme (4 study areas) and skills building for managing teachers’ challenges.
Teachers’ Haven Academy
– e-learning Academy, training and knowledge sharing (6 Local Sanctuary Bootcamps, live lectures, 2 International Sanctuary Bootcamps in Romania and Italy, 3 Global Teachers’ Haven Congresses), support bank.
