Teachers’ Self-Efficacy for Professional Versatility
The training program supports teachers in building a strong foundation in their professional skills and enhancing their self-efficacy. It equips them with key competencies to manage challenges in the profession while maintaining a proactive and purposeful approach. The program provides pedagogical knowledge, classroom management strategies, soft skills, and tools to increase awareness of the teacher’s role and impact on students’ learning and development. It also helps teachers address challenges in both the school environment (relationships with colleagues, leadership, and families) and the classroom (behavioral issues, diversity, learning difficulties, and technology use).
Training Program Structure and Methodology
This document outlines the design and delivery framework of the training program, structured around four core areas: the role of the teacher, innovation in pedagogy and didactics, classroom management, and the development of an effective working environment. It presents a coherent and flexible learning pathway tailored to both pre-service and in-service teachers. The document also defines the program’s methodology, including module structure and duration, learning approaches to support engagement and retention, alignment with university curricula for accreditation, and assessment and certification tools.
