Welcome to Teachers’ HAVEN
Empowering teachers
Improving well-being
Building confidence
Growing together
The Teachers’ HAVEN is here to strengthen in-service and in-training teachers’ well-being, enhance their sense of self-efficacy, and build a network of mutual support within the educational community.
Teachers’ well-being
Teachers’ occupational well-being is defined as «teachers’ responses to the cognitive, emotional, health, and social conditions pertaining to their work and their profession»
Teachers’
self-efficacy
Teacher self-efficacy refers to the perception of being capable of doing something. High levels of self-efficacy enable teachers to perceive work-related challenges as manageable and within their capabilities.
Social dimension/ Professional network
Social support contributes to enhancing teachers’ self–efficacy by providing emotional reassurance, professional feedback, and opportunities for collaborative problem-solving.
Our project focuses on three key goals to support you as a teacher:
- Providing tools and resources to enhance your well-being and personal growth.
- Developing training to strengthen your professional skills, self-efficacy and confidence.
- Building a supportive network of teachers and experts to guide and assist you
